Vikki is a Senior Clinical Psychologist. She is registered with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and joined the CMCAFS team in October 2022. Prior to joining the CMCAFS team, Vikki has previously worked within specialist CAMHS services, Local Authorities and third sector charities. Vikki has experience working within a Virtual School which included developing and providing training across whole school settings.

Within her current role with CMCAFS, Vikki provides consultation and facilitates formulation sessions with multi-disciplinary colleagues across education and social work teams.

Vikki has an interest in systemic approaches to working with young people and the adults and systems who care for them. She has completed Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy Level 1 and 2 training and AMBIT (Adaptive Mentalization Based Integrative Treatment) which is a way to support teams working with vulnerable young people. Vikki also has an interest in organisational trauma and working with marginalised communities from a community psychology perspective.
