Psychologically Responsive Organisational Audit (PRO-Audit)
The CMCAFS PRO-Audit aims to assess the psychological responsiveness of an organisation, to highlight strengths in this area, potential areas of development, potential pressure points, and overall psychological safety. From each section, key recommendations are made which aim to enhance the psychological responsiveness of the organisation.

The audit process is designed to meet the needs of your individual service but is likely to include:
- Meetings with the Senior Leadership Team
- Online questionnaires for staff
- Focus groups
- Discussions with services working closely with you
You will then receive an audit report (with a feedback session) for your service, highlighting your service strengths, needs, and recommendations for increasing psychological responsiveness in each area.
