Katy Tilbury

Katy joined CMCAFS in November 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a long-standing career in Early Years leadership and management.


She thrives on the variety her role offers—providing daily support to the team, liaising with a range of partner organisations, coordinating training and events, and contributing actively to the senior leadership team.


Katy particularly values the creative opportunities her role presents. She has played a key role in developing the CMCAFS E-Learning training platform, The SPACE, and produces the bi-monthly external newsletter. She also supports the team’s visibility by promoting their work across social media platforms.
