    Services

    Psychological Formulation

    Psychological Formulation

These focussed sessions allow us to bring together what we know about a young person’s life experiences, in order to better understand their current needs. This helps tailor support plans that are meaningful and responsive for each individual.

    Psychological Consultation

These sessions provide teams with space to reflect and build their understanding of the young people that they are working with. They aim to tentatively make sense of behaviours that we may see and consider how best to support the young person. Consultation sessions can be attended by teams, individual practitioners or the whole network around a young person.

    Reflective Practice Workshops

These sessions allow groups or teams to come together to think psychologically about the work that they do. Sessions may be offered as a one off or offered regularly in order to support psychologically responsive practice.

    1:1 Staff Support

Confidential individual sessions for professionals facing challenges in their roles.

    Clinical Guidance

Expert advice on areas such as neurodevelopmental conditions, mental capacity, self-harm, and mental health including clinical oversight for procedures and policies.

    Strategic & Organisational Support

    Staff Wellbeing Sessions

Designed to support emotional resilience and recovery from workplace stress.

    Bespoke Therapeutic Frameworks

We co-design trauma-informed models that reflect your organisation’s values and shape psychologically responsive support plans and policies.

    Post-Incident Reflection Sessions

Safe spaces for teams to debrief, process critical events,
and embed learning.

    Sensory Audits

Evaluation of your physical environment and resources through
a sensory-informed lens.

    Strategic & Leadership Coaching

Helping leadership teams embed therapeutic thinking across services.

Changing minds (CMCAFS) have really helped the team that I currently manage. We support very complex young people. Through the consultations and bespoke Therapeutic Support Plans we have been able to develop a far more streamlined approach to supporting the young people, which in turn has helped the team to reduce serious incidents and create more confidence in their own approach and practice.
