Are you a qualified psychologist (e.g. Clinical, Counselling, Educational) interested in joining our team, or finding out more about what we do?
We look for practitioners who are compassionate and empathic, playful, and who enjoy working as part of a team. They must have integrity, good self (and other) awareness, be hardworking and an effective communicator. They must also be courageous and be able to sensitively challenge and influence others.
As a team, we offer a highly supportive environment, with lots of opportunities for creative working, collaboration with others in the team and the agencies that we work with, opportunities to have fun, ongoing development opportunities, and a broad range of experiences.
We aim to ‘look after our people’ so good quality clinical supervision (both inhouse and external), lots of ‘team time’ and staff wellbeing initiatives are prioritised.
We are aware that clinical psychology as a profession is often not representative of the populations we support. As an organisation we are committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity and welcome applicants from everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, faith, sexuality, and gender identity.
We also welcome third year doctoral trainees for specialist placements – if you want to come to visit, just get in touch. We unfortunately are unable to offer voluntary or honorary roles but will advertise any future Assistant Psychologist posts on our website and through Twitter.
